Alan and Jaramie Magera have been collaborating since the early 2000s, developing a strong partnership built on trust, mutual respect, and a shared dedication to delivering exceptional results. Their teamwork ensures that every project is approached thoughtfully, with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Alan is deeply connected to the desert lifestyle, appreciating the natural beauty and diverse landscapes that make the area so special. Dedicated Office Staff

At Broadwater Construction, our dedicated office team works behind the scenes to ensure every aspect of your project runs smoothly. From managing invoices and subcontractor payments to handling client billing and insurance, we take care of the essential administrative tasks. Our team is also responsible for creating a comprehensive O&M binder for each home, which includes every detail—from siding and paint color to finishes in the bathroom and throughout the home. This binder ensures that homeowners have all the information they need, including a complete list of subcontractors, house plans, and much more.

In addition, our office team handles all social media and marketing campaigns, helping to showcase our projects and maintain strong connections with our community. Their commitment to organization, communication, and client satisfaction ensures a seamless and professional experience every step of the way.
